2. Hemp & THCA Products

Our products are hemp-derived products that are intended to comply with applicable federal and state hemp laws.

Under the 2018 Farm Bill, hemp was federally defined as Cannabis sativa L. and its derivatives containing no more than 0.3% delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis. .

Accordingly, we do not represent that every hemp or THCA product is legal in every jurisdiction or will remain legal under future changes in law.

We may modify, discontinue, restrict, or remove products whenever necessary to comply with applicable law.

We may add or remove restricted states or locations as laws and regulations change.

4. Shipping

We currently ship eligible products to permitted locations within the United States.

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related delays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
